Edward
P. Dumas
Ed Dumas was born in Rensselaer, Indiana, April 16, 1951. Ed
Dumas attended Regis College in Denver, Colorado, where he obtained his
B.A. in 1973. Ed then attended Valparaiso University School of
Law, Valparaiso, Indiana, where he obtained his J.D. in 1976. Ed
is a member of the Indiana State Bar Association and the Indiana Trial
Lawyers Association. Ed was appointed by Indiana Governor Evan
Bayh to serve on the Indiana Probate Code Study Commission, where he
served from July 1992 - July 1994. From 1993-1996, Ed served as a
trustee on the Board of Trustees for Saint Joseph's College, Rensselaer,
Indiana.

Kent
E. Mahnesmith
Kent Mahnesmith was born in Garrett, Indiana, November 10,
1966. Kent Mahnesmith attended the University of Indianapolis,
Indianapolis, Indiana, where he obtained his B.S. in 1989. Kent
then attended Valparaiso University School of Law, Valparaiso, Indiana,
where he obtained his J.D. in 1993. Kent is a member of the
Indiana State and American Bar Associations. Kent currently serves
as the attorney for the Jasper County Drainage Board and the Jasper
County Economic Plan Commission. Kent is also a member of the
National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys.
